Sales Director
Aretiforce is a fast-growing Salesforce & MuleSoft Partner consultancy expanding its North American presence. They are seeking a senior Sales Director to drive new business development, targeting enterprise clients and complex transformation programs while building trusted relationships and establishing the consultancy's commercial footprint in the US and Canada.
Responsibilities
Drive net-new enterprise revenue across North America
Own a $5–6M annual quota, focused on new logo acquisition
Establish the consultancy’s commercial footprint in the US and Canada
Lead complex, consultative sales cycles for Salesforce and MuleSoft services
Open strategic enterprise accounts and land initial 'anchor' deals
Build trusted relationships with C-level, IT, and digital leaders
Partner with delivery leadership and Salesforce/MuleSoft alliances to shape solutions
Create repeatable new-business sales plays for long-term regional growth
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Salesforce IT services sales experience
Proven success selling Salesforce and/or MuleSoft services through a consulting or SI partner
Strong hunter mentality with a track record of net-new enterprise wins
Experience opening new geographic markets or building regional presence
Consistent achievement of $5M+ quotas
Executive presence and a highly consultative sales approach
Preferred
Experience working with high-growth or international consultancies
Exposure to integration, API, or platform-led transformation programs
