Required

Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school

Must be admitted or eligible for admission in New York

Experience representing sophisticated owners, investors, operators and developers of commercial real estate as borrower or lender, buyer or seller, and landlord or tenant

Familiarity with the full life-cycle of a transaction and able to review and (depending on class year) comment on loan documents, purchase agreements, and leases

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Professionalism in working and engaging with clients and investors

Ability to prioritize, stay organized and exercise attention to detail

Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings
