Momentum Holdings is seeking a passionate F&I Manager to join their team at Blue Ridge Harley-Davidson. The role involves ensuring a seamless customer experience while achieving sales goals, driving profitability, and managing finance and insurance transactions.

Responsibilities

Achieve a minimum of $2,500 average F&I gross per deal
Ensure proper finance and insurance processes to maximize profit and customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions and insurance providers
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and dealership policies
Deliver on KPI targets including ESP Penetration (30%) and PPM Penetration (30%)
Train and support the sales team on financing options and closing techniques
Greet and assist customers, ensuring they find the perfect motorcycle to fit their lifestyle
Conduct daily sales activities including making 40+ outbound calls and texts
Ensure customers understand their financing, insurance, and protection plan options
Deliver an exceptional customer experience, maintaining high CXI and NPS scores
Conduct daily updates to CRM and maintain a consistent follow-up schedule

Qualification

Required

Experience in F&I and/or motorcycle sales preferred
Strong understanding of financing, insurance, and dealership compliance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand is a plus!
