Work as part of a design team to carry projects from schematic design presentations through production documents and construction administration
Qualification
Required
Must have a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
3-5 Years experience in the field
Must either have or eventually qualify to apply for a professional license in architecture
Be authorized to work in the United States
Proficient in architectural software including AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Adobe Creative Suite
Posses strong drafting skills
Have an understanding of building codes and regulations
Demonstrated experience in creating construction documents
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, including an ability to conceptualize and execute design plans meeting client specifications
Skills and experience in Project Management, including handling timelines, budgets, and team communication
Preferred
Rhino and Lumion experience would be an advantage
