Responsibilities
Works cooperatively with the office manager to provide general secretarial functions that contribute to the smooth operation of the office, and delivery of quality service to clients including general reception and clerical duties, filing, data input, email correspondence, phone management, maintaining client charts, and greeting clients and other visitors
Qualification
Required
High school graduate or equivalent
Excellent keyboarding skills and ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Email
Accuracy and proficiency in data entry
Excellent customer service skills to internal and external customers
Preferred
Minimum 1 year experience in an administrative support or secretarial position preferred
