Responsibilities

Demonstrate technical skills while rotating through three key assignments in your first three years of employment
Gain initial experience as you transition from college student to professional through exposure and experience to a variety of areas including (but not limited to): manufacturing/assembly engineering, quality, sourcing or customer service
Apply learned engineering education and skills
Support small to mid-size projects and programs
Review and analyze best practices to determine, recommend, and implement next steps
Participate and lead LEAN/CEDAC and other similar events
Gain knowledge of key programs and policies critical to the business
Present end-of-rotation summary to key company leaders
Provide technical support for other engineers
Interact efficiently with functional departments
Support and continuously improve processes
Identify, create, and apply best practices and standards
Provide analytical problem-solving and process troubleshooting support in the area of expertise
Communicate progress through management updates and team meetings

Required

A BS Degree in mechanical, industrial, material, electrical, welding, manufacturing engineering or related field with a minimum of a 3.00

Able to juggle multiple priorities successfully in an organized and planned way
Works effectively in a fast-paced environment
Can analyze solutions and issues and forms recommendations by seeing issues from various angles

Intellectually curious
Flexibly responds to shifting priorities or new demands
Is open to new ideas and is willing to support them as needed
Demonstrated leadership experience through campus activities, work experience and community involvement

Preferred

Co-op or other relevant experience in a professional engineering capacity is highly desirable
