Crispin is seeking a Freelance Account Director to manage client relationships and oversee brand campaigns. The role involves building trusted client relationships, leading strategic development, and ensuring successful campaign delivery.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with senior clients to guide the business and the overall client/agency working relationship

Serve as active and centralized leader of strategic development and momentum, building inclusive teams to include Creative, Strategy, Social, Media, and Production leadership

Manage 360 brand campaigns from brief to delivery with a social-first mindset

Support a socially-native, social-first approach to creative

Understand and teach mechanics of the creative process and how to get to the best work

Develop strong relationships with partner agency leaders

Know when to react to optimize results (pour on the gasoline) or mitigate issues

Create client scopes of work and fee recommendations and manage the account financials

Monitor scope, identify and manage scope creep and opportunities for expansion

Oversee success tracking and monitoring

Understand the Crispin agency initiatives and how they relate to client business (i.e. Creative, Channels Planning, Media, Strategy, PR, Media, etc.)

Master the communication skills to deliver tough feedback to clients or argue a point of view that supports the strategy and creative POV
