Business Development Representative (Not Remote-Must have Outside B2B Sales Exp)
TruGreen, America's #1 Lawn Care Company, is seeking a Business Development Representative to achieve sales goals and execute sales plans within an assigned territory. The role involves generating and securing new business-to-business sales by prospecting various corporate entities in need of lawn care services.

Responsibilities
Achieve sales goals and executes sales plans to small, medium, and large businesses. (75-80% Cold Calling)
Calling on property managers, landscapers, school systems, sport facilities, government facilities, restaurant, banks or any corporate entity in need of superior lawn care products/services
Presenting Proposals for lawn care services and programs along with obtaining long term contracts
Generates new business to business sales revenue by prospecting and adding new commercial customers
Negotiating price and design utilizing custom based technology and devices
Generating leads utilizing a CRM system to manage projects and opportunities, contact information, forecasting reports etc
Project management duties and implementing the coordination of multiple service departments
Qualification
Required
prospecting your own commercial sales leads: 3 years (Required)
OUTSIDE Commercial BDR Sales: 3 years (Required)
