Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned advertisers
Build trusted, long-term relationships through proactive communication
Manage advertiser expectations around volume, quality, and performance
Ensure high advertiser satisfaction and retention
Monitor daily campaign performance across calls, leads, and traffic
Analyze KPIs such as call quality, conversion rates, CPA, CPL, and ROI
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize performance and resolve issues
Identify opportunities to scale campaigns based on performance data
Maintain and grow existing advertiser accounts through upsells and volume expansion
Identify cross-sell opportunities aligned with advertiser goals
Support contract renewals and long-term agreements
Minimize churn by addressing concerns early and proactively
Coordinate advertiser onboarding after deal closure
Ensure accurate setup of campaigns, tracking, and compliance requirements
Align internal teams to deliver a smooth and timely launch
Confirm advertiser readiness before scaling traffic
Provide regular performance updates and reports to advertisers
Maintain accurate account records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
Document campaign changes, optimizations, and advertiser feedback
Ensure transparency and data accuracy in all reporting
Work closely with Business Development, Media Buying, Affiliate Management, and Compliance teams
Act as the internal advocate for advertiser needs and priorities
Communicate feedback and insights to leadership for continuous improvement

Required

2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Campaign Management
Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or B2B clients
Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, or Pay Per Call
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Experience handling performance metrics and optimization workflows

Preferred

Experience managing U.S.-based advertisers
Background in insurance, home services, finance, or high-intent lead generation
Experience working in remote, performance-driven organizations
Familiarity with call tracking, lead distribution, or affiliate platforms
