Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy MuleSoft integration solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications

Implement API-led connectivity using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Design Center

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and design integration solutions that meet business needs

Develop reusable components, connectors, templates, and best practices to accelerate integration development and ensure consistency across projects

Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of integration solutions to ensure scalability, reliability, and security

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior developers and support teams

Stay current with MuleSoft platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance integration capabilities and drive innovation

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

8+ years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft development, with expertise in Anypoint Platform, Mule runtime, DataWeave, and MuleSoft APIs

Proven track record of designing and implementing complex integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API-led connectivity and microservices architecture

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and other integration protocols and formats

Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Exchange, Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Connectors, and MuleSoft CloudHub

Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and other programming languages and frameworks

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning and professional development

Preferred

MuleSoft certification(s) such as MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration Professional is a plus

Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable
