Responsibilities
Administer and support Microsoft 365 environment, including user management, licensing, and policy enforcement
Manage and configure Azure AD / Entra ID, focusing on identity and access management
Maintain endpoint protection using SentinelOne
Utilize RMM tools and ConnectWise for remote support and system monitoring
Manage backups using Rubrik or similar tool
Support virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V
Work with the Halo ticketing system for incident and service request tracking
Assist in user training and manage KnowBe4 for security awareness
Monitor and manage vulnerabilities using Tenable
Handle email authentication configurations using ValiMail, including DMARC/DKIM setup
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a Systems Administrator or similar IT support role
Strong administrative experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD / Entra ID
Working knowledge of endpoint protection, RMM platforms, and virtualization
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Familiarity with ConnectWise
Familiarity with Rubrik
Familiarity with Tenable
Familiarity with ValiMail
Familiarity with KnowBe4
