Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction

Qualification

CPR/AED certificationFirst Aid certificationCustomer service experienceHigh School Diploma

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date

Preferred

Previous customer service experience a plus
