Responsibilities
Provide strategic counsel on client engagements involving corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation, and operational transformation
Shape solution development, validate strategic frameworks, and ensure the highest standards of quality in client deliverables
Serve as a trusted advisor to engagement teams, offering expertise and oversight on matters of significant complexity
Participate selectively in critical client meetings, milestone reviews, and strategic decision-making forums where judgment and experience are essential
Mentor engagement teams and contribute to the development of the firm's analytical and advisory capabilities
Collaborate with firm leadership to develop intellectual capital, refine methodologies, and strengthen the firm's strategic positioning
Qualification
Required
15+ years of distinguished experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or senior operating roles at leading organizations
Previous leadership experience at the Partner, Managing Director, Senior Vice President, Chief Officer, or equivalent level, with demonstrated responsibility for high-stakes decision-making
Exceptional track record in strategy formulation, transaction execution, or enterprise-scale operational transformation
Superior analytical judgment and ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations
Proven ability to counsel senior executives and boards on matters of strategic consequence
Demonstrated intellectual rigor, professional integrity, and commitment to excellence
Undergraduate degree from a leading institution

Advanced degree (M.B.A., J.D., or equivalent) strongly preferred
