Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule film and television asset deliveries after sales selections are secured, ensuring delivery methods, dates, and specifications are accurately communicated
Liaise with Sales Operations, Production, and other internal teams to support timely and accurate servicing of licensed content
Update and maintain deal and delivery information across internal tracking systems and databases
Assist with the creation and maintenance of client avails reports and internal tracking reports
Support Sales Operations with administrative and coordination tasks as needed, including documentation and status updates
Help track delivery milestones and flag issues or discrepancies for follow-up
Provide general support to the Sales Operations team in a dynamic, evolving business environment
Qualification
Required
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines for tasks/assignments
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to assure successful interaction with all levels of employees and external contacts
Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills
Careful attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TEAMS
1-2 years of prior entertainment industry experience
Preferred
Deep knowledge of Film/TV content a plus
Experience with tools such as iRights, iPlatform, QuickBase, or other rights management and delivery systems is a plus
