Director of Finance
SkyBridge Luxury & Associates is a company focusing on the financial operations of hotels. The Director of Finance will oversee all financial and accounting functions, lead the finance team, and ensure compliance and financial health across departments.
Responsibilities
Manage all financial and accounting functions for the hotel
Set and maintain high accounting standards and control procedures
Analyze financial data to maximize returns, optimize budget performance, and improve profitability
Supervise clerical accounting roles including Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Payroll, and related functions
Coach and lead finance team members to meet business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4–8+ years hospitality finance or accounting experience, including supervisory or assistant controller-level experience
Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and hotel accounting practices
Preferred
Professional accounting/finance certification (CPA/MBA preferred but not required)
