The role involves assisting walk-in customers, managing showroom inventory, and providing excellent customer service while supporting the overall business success and customer needs.

Responsibilities
Conduct front counter and telephone sales while providing excellent customer service
Assist in inventory control of showroom inventory
Stock and merchandise shelves with products
Maintain a clean and organized showroom and perform general housekeeping functions, including the cleaning of floors, shelves, windows, and doors
Confer with new and established customer base; promote and take customer orders
Assist outside sales personnel to enhance communication with customer base
Contact customers in response to inquiries and notify them of promotional sales
Support the overall business success and needs of our customers
Perform a variety of various light office work
Qualification
Required
High school diploma (or GED)
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Agronomic or horticultural experience
Preferred
Bilingual
Experience with AS400
