Human Resource Manager
LHH is seeking a Human Resource Manager to provide full-cycle HR support including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The role involves administering benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and collaborating with leadership on HR policies.
Responsibilities
Full-cycle HR support including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
Administer benefits programs, leave management, and labor relations in compliance with state and federal laws
Partner with leadership on HR policies and provide guidance on investigations and counseling
Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing via ADP and maintain accurate HRIS records
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
Collaborate with facilities manager to address building-related issues and vendor relationships
Support operational safety and maintenance across two sites
Handle sensitive employee and organizational information with discretion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years in a supervisory HR role; nonprofit experience preferred
Strong knowledge of CA labor laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems; ADP Workforce Now experience highly desired
Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
