New Vendor account set-up
Maintenance of vendor contact & payment address information
Collection of W-9 forms
Monitoring the Accounts Payable inbox
Routing vendor invoices to the appropriate manager for approval
Entering approved invoices into the accounting system
Reviewing employee expense reports to ensure they comply with company guidelines
Processing employee and vendor payments
Preparing annual 1099 forms
Qualification
Required
Associates degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years in Accounts Payable role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred
Experience using web based systems a plus
