Responsibilities

Designing and developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver scalable, high-performance user interfaces
Maintaining and enhancing Visualforce pages integrated with Apex controllers
Building and optimizing Apex classes, triggers, and controllers, including use of dynamic SOQL
Implementing data ingestion and transformation logic, including: resume parsing, text normalization, and field mapping and data standardization
Ensuring all Apex code is production-ready, including fully functional test classes that meet Salesforce deployment requirements
Optimizing code to comply with Salesforce governor limits and platform best practices

Required

Hands-on experience with Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce

Ability to work independently, manage scope, and deliver against defined acceptance criteria

Preferred

Experience working with unstructured text or resume parsing (strongly preferred)
Familiarity with ATS or recruiting platforms
