Responsibilities
Develop architecture at project and small portfolio levels in collaboration with global and regional teams, architects, and subject matter experts
Translate business needs into solution architecture requirements and apply best practices across all architecture domains
Review current projects and solutions to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and financial targets
Provide consultation on business process design, business intelligence, software development architecture, and application frameworks
Lead solution definition, architecture reviews, and solution selection efforts while ensuring adherence to architectural processes and strategy
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative perspectives to solution design
Independently resolve issues with minimal supervision, escalating only the most complex challenges
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant work experience in solution architecture
Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and estimate financial impact of architecture alternatives
Experience developing integrated solutions involving process, data, and technology
Proven track record of collaborating with regional and global teams to deliver solutions aligned with business goals
Preferred
Experience in business strategy development
Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills
Knowledge of all components of enterprise architecture
