Responsibilities

Own and drive business development across contract and temporary Accounting & Finance staffing, with a heavy emphasis on Financial Services and Banking clients
Leverage Madison Davis’ active MSAs and established client relationships to immediately generate revenue and expand existing accounts
Manage the full sales lifecycle — prospecting, pitching, onboarding, and expanding client partnerships
Serve as a player-coach by producing personally while helping guide delivery strategy and account growth
Partner closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure speed, quality, and consistency in execution
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that increase market share in temp and contract A&F staffing
Maintain oversight of contract engagements, pricing, and billing accuracy to ensure strong margins and client satisfaction
Represent Madison Davis as a trusted staffing partner and advisor within the Financial Services and Accounting & Finance markets

Required

7+ years of staffing experience, with a strong focus on contract or temporary Accounting & Finance placements
2+ years in a leadership or player-coach capacity
Proven ability to build, grow, and expand client relationships — both net-new and within existing accounts
Strong business development instincts, negotiation skills, and executive-level communication
Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to operate within a high-performance, metrics-driven environment
Desire for ownership, growth, and a long-term leadership trajectory

Preferred

Experience selling into Financial Services, Banking, or highly regulated environments is strongly preferred
