The Florida Justice Association is growing and has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time Marketing & Membership Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment, and thrive on exceeding member expectations. The role involves supporting marketing efforts and assisting with membership recruitment and retention campaigns.

Responsibilities

Assist with drafting, proofreading, and scheduling content for email campaigns, newsletters, and social media content

Support production of marketing materials (graphics, flyers, brochures, event promotions, sponsor recognition)

Help maintain brand consistency across all communications

Track and report metrics on marketing campaign performance and engagement

Assist with membership recruitment and retention campaigns, including member list management, outreach, and follow-up

Prepare call sheets, reports, and materials for phonebanks and special initiatives

Support member data entry, updates, and database maintenance
