Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Healthcare
Confidential Careers is seeking a Deputy Chief Operating Officer in Healthcare. The position involves overseeing administrative and operational responsibilities to ensure departmental and system goals are met, while managing relationships with various departments and leadership.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the provision of administrative and employment services
Oversees assigned operational aspects of the company
Analyzes and develops timely responses to requests or changes from the assigned locations’ leadership in coordination with all departments and clinical leadership
Provides communication and partnership with the facilities to improve organization-wide performance based on experience at the assigned locations
Maintains oversight of team members for the assigned locations
Engage in special projects as assigned by the Chief Operating Officer
Serves as a project manager to administration and management services at the assigned location(s)
Works with Finance, Legal, Clinical Affairs and HR departments to ensure system-wide compliance
High attention to detail. Ability to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines
Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven environment
Must be able to prioritize a variety of time sensitive tasks. Consistently display the highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion. Must be able to develop strong, trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results
Knowledge and practical application of Federal, State, and local laws with a solid understanding of the general body of laws surrounding Finance, as well as some experience with HR
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualification
Required
Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or Masters of Health Administration (MHA)
3 or more years of progressively responsible management experience within a health care facility or medical group practice at a Director level or higher
