Responsibilities
Partner with OETM team by assisting in the preparation and finalization of a presentation for an LVMH-led HR program
Assist with utilization of data to create compelling stories to drive decision making
Develop meaningful and effective presentations and/or programs for large group meetings and senior leadership as the need arises
Develop and conduct a special project relevant to the OETM function under the direction of the Director, OETM
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an MA or MBA (required)
Highly organized, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively (verbal and written)
Basic proficiency in Excel and high proficiency in PowerPoint
Preferred
Interest in Organizational behavior/Psychology/HR/Talent Management/Change management/Communications/Business Strategy
