The Director of Sales will lead the go-to-market strategy for this integrated solution, targeting various industrial sectors and building a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities
Lead the go-to-market strategy for a fully integrated hardware + software solution spanning sensors, modems, and cloud-based analytics
Target industrial liquid sectors like water treatment, chemical processing, food plants, oil & gas, and municipal systems
Build and mentor a small, high-performing sales team while personally developing new business and strategic partnerships
Identify and capture opportunities in emerging applications -from wastewater and pools to nuclear and municipal water
Collaborate closely with leadership to align sales, marketing, and product strategy
Qualification
Required
Experience selling IoT, sensor, or connected systems in water, chemical, or industrial environments
Proven success introducing technology solutions across multiple verticals
Blend of strategic leadership and hands-on business development
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Background in hardware + software sales strongly preferred
