Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management for IoT and mobility solution deployments

Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders

Manage risks, dependencies, and change control throughout the project lifecycle

Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction

Translate business needs into actionable project plans and technical requirements

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and support teams

Coordinate the design and implementation of IoT-enabled telecom solutions

Oversee enterprise mobility account management and device provisioning across carriers

Ensure high performance and uptime of client deployments through structured monitoring and escalation processes

Track and report on project progress, KPIs, and post-implementation outcomes

Stay informed on industry trends in IoT, telecom networks, and device management to inform future projects
