Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert on procurement policies and procedures

Support drafting of acquisition packages, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), justifications, market research, developing procurement strategy, quality assurance surveillance plans, statements of objectives, synopses, solicitations, price negotiation memorandum, source selection plans

Support proposal and quote evaluations, price/cost analysis, and technical proposal and quote analysis

Coordinate with Contracting Officers and CORs to ensure timely contract execution

Advise on contract modifications, funding actions, and invoice approvals

Participate in and provide briefings and presentations about acquisition process to senior management

An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance
