New Grad, Entry LevelExdonuts is seeking an Application Support Engineer to manage and support their SCCM and MS Intune systems. The role involves administering various IT infrastructure components, ensuring security compliance, and participating in on-call support as needed.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the administering Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), MS Intune, CMG and Workstation app packaging and OS imaging and patching
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Analyze current business and technology practices, user needs, and workflow processes for improvement
Work with MSP on supporting the Global IT
Represent the team as a participating member of designated committees
Serve as a subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with SCCM Infrastructure systems
Participate in 24x7 on call rotation and be available for after-hours support as needed
