The role involves managing and maintaining the company's M365 tenant, including user provisioning, licensing, and security policies, as well as overseeing SharePoint Online and Intune configurations.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the companies M365 tenant, including user provisioning, licensing, and security policies

Monitor system health, performance, and security, and implement necessary troubleshooting and remediation actions

Configure and manage M365 services like SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and more

Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, and workflows

Configure search, content types, and metadata

Implement information governance policies and security settings

Manage mobile device policies and security configurations

Qualification

Required

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Azure AD

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting

Experience with network and server administration

Knowledge of Active Directory and certificate management

Knowledge of general disaster recovery validation methods and be willing to assist in testing efforts, when required

Must be comfortable working within the confines of strict and heavily vetted change control process

Must be willing to work on and maintain security and risk controls

Preferred

Basic understanding of DaaS using Azure Desktops and M365 Workstations is a plus

Familiarity with industry standards such as NIST, ISO, CIS, PCI, and FFIEC a plus

Power BI Administration: Manage Power BI workspaces and help guide the organization towards best practices

Optimize Power BI performance and security

Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs and provide effective solutions
