Responsibilities
Implement physical security measures for the two facilities
Assist with the creation and evaluation of guard force procedures, SOPs, and operations standardization
Evaluate and adjust operations to meet the environment
Complete security-related projects on time and within budget, and work collaboratively with other Security Assurance professionals to ensure successful operations and a positive customer experience
Assist with oversight of ongoing operations, evaluation of current processes, and oversee drills intended to evaluate performance
Maintain operations of secondary locations as directed
Assist with key control programs as well as provide oversight of radio systems in Austin and Taylor
Qualification
Required
Eight years of previous experience overseeing operations for a contracted service provider, ideally a security guard force
Eight(8) years of experience/understanding of physical security-related best practices and procedures
Professional Certifications: Certified Protection Professional or similar ASIS Verification preferred
Previous law enforcement credential (Certified Peace Officer) preferred
