Responsibilities
Full ownership of new business revenue for our Digital Marketing Services
Personally prospect, pitch, and close new clients
Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline
Sell performance-based digital marketing services:
SEO
PPC / Paid Media
Web Development
Lead Generation
Conduct discovery calls, strategy sessions, and sales presentations focused on:
ROI
Growth outcomes
Long-term partnerships
Close five- and six-figure service engagements
Develop and refine:
Sales messaging
Pricing strategy
Packaging and positioning
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Maintain disciplined pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting
Partner with delivery teams after the sale (but you are not responsible for execution)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of direct sales experience selling digital marketing services
5+ years in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing environment
Proven track record of personally closing deals
Carrying and hitting a quota
Selling SEO, PPC, web, or lead generation services
Experience selling to SMBs
Professional services firms
Similar decision-maker-driven businesses
Strong executive presence with founders, partners, and senior decision-makers
Comfortable in a growth-stage, performance-driven environment
