Collaborate with team members to deliver solutions and improve processes

Required

A bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role or international benefits
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment

Preferred

Experience in business, accounting, finance, or human resources
Specialized knowledge in global regions like EMEA, Asia/Pacific, or Latin America
Fluency in foreign languages
Client account management experience
