Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact on Open Enrollment contracts for ExEd staff
Review standard agreements, engaging support from Strategic Procurement attorneys regarding any new legal terms
Assign complex agreements to Strategic Procurement attorneys and shepherd the agreements through the legal review process; provide updates to ExEd staff throughout the process, coordinating with them on any necessary changes
Stay up to date on changes to client's contract templates
Help ExEd negotiate better contract terms, especially with service providers we engage on a regular basis
Orient new staff (e.g., program delivery managers, portfolio directors) on the contract review process
Identify and implement improvements to the current process
Serve as the primary point of contact on OE contracts for client's Finance
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented individual
Background in document management, such as a paralegal, grant administrator, or technical writer
Ability to serve as the primary point of contact on Open Enrollment contracts for ExEd staff
Experience in reviewing standard agreements and engaging support from Strategic Procurement attorneys regarding any new legal terms
Ability to assign complex agreements to Strategic Procurement attorneys and shepherd the agreements through the legal review process
Capability to provide updates to ExEd staff throughout the process and coordinate with them on any necessary changes
Knowledge of changes to client's contract templates
Skill in helping ExEd negotiate better contract terms, especially with service providers
Experience in orienting new staff on the contract review process
Ability to identify and implement improvements to the current process
Capability to serve as the primary point of contact on OE contracts for client's Finance
