Responsibilities

Review and analyze loan data to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to closing

Prepare and assemble closing documents, including the final Closing Disclosure and settlement statements

Communicate effectively with borrowers, loan officers, processors, title companies, and other stakeholders

Coordinate closing logistics, including scheduling signings and ensuring all required documentation is received

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and investor loan closing regulations

Maintain accurate closing schedules, timelines, and deadlines

Support a smooth and efficient closing process while delivering a positive borrower experience

Qualification

Required

Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Experience in financial services, with mortgage industry experience preferred

General understanding of applicable federal, state, and local regulations

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple closings simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working in loan operating systems

Opportunity to earn a performance incentive each quarter up to $2,400. This can be as much as $2 to $4 more an hour above your base salary. ($9,600 annually)
