Responsibilities
Assist senior creators on set with camera operation, lighting, audio, and gear setup/breakdown
Edit short-form photo and video content for social media and digital platforms
Organize, label, and manage photo/video assets to support efficient post-production
Prepare files and deliverables according to internal and client standards
Shadow senior team members during shoots to learn production workflows and client communication
Support pre-production and on-set needs as they arise
Learn and apply BOC’s storytelling approach across all content
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of experience in content creation, video production, or a related field
Basic knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
Familiarity with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Willingness to take direction, learn quickly, and contribute as part of a team
Interest in brand storytelling and social-first content
