$28/hr - $35/hrLHH has partnered with a growing entertainment company to fill the Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist position. This role involves creating complex billing invoices, applying incoming payments, and following up on outstanding receivables.

Responsibilities
Prepare and issue accurate invoices based on project milestones, time tracking, and contractual terms
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client inquiries promptly
Assist with cash applications on incoming payments as needed
Support audits and compliance reviews as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven accounts receivable experience
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookups)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
