Responsibilities

Manage 30+ key client relationships
Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities
Call on executive-level decision makers
Own the full sales cycle (avg. 6+ months) from prospecting to close
Generate leads through industry networking and outbound efforts
Grow your territory by 8–10% annually, consistently

Qualification

B2B outside salesTerritory managementExecutive-level salesSelf-generation of revenuePackaging experienceNetworkingMembership in associationsSelf-starter

Required

8–10 years of B2B outside sales experience
4+ years independently running a sales territory
Proven ability to self-generate 50–75% of your revenue
Strong network in Food, Industrial, Manufacturing, Packaging, or similar sectors
Experience with mid-to-senior executive sales
Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability
Willingness to travel frequently across territory

Preferred

Packaging experience (supply chain, product development, engineering, etc.)
Membership in relevant industry associations or trade groups
