They are seeking a Product Litigation Attorney to support a Fortune 500 Beauty Company with managing product liability matters, providing strategic guidance on litigation, and working closely with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support the legal department with the management of ongoing and incoming product liability matters
Provide high-level strategy and guidance on litigation and arbitration matters
Analyze key information from existing cases to help develop a proactive approach to incoming claims
Work closely with business stakeholders and executives to limit corporate liability
Work with data sets, conduct analyses, and collaborate cross-functionally

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience with Litigation & Arbitration, including Product Liability
Experience managing and advising on product liability litigation matters
Ability to work part-time (~20 hours per week)
Ability to work remotely
Candidate will be employed on a W-2 basis through a workforce solutions company for the duration of the engagement

Preferred

Prior experience with product liability litigation involving chemical or mineral exposure (e.g., PFAS, asbestos, talc)
Willingness and ability to work in-person at the company's New York City office once per month
Experience working with legal AI tools or data analysis tools in a litigation setting
