Senior Paid Media Director - Paid Search & Social for DTC (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
Adspace is a performance-first growth agency trusted by ambitious, fast-scaling brands. They are seeking a Senior Paid Media Director to serve as a fractional CMO for clients, owning growth outcomes and leading paid media strategies across various platforms.

Responsibilities
Act as the fractional CMO for 10–15 client accounts, owning growth outcomes
Lead all client communication, strategy, and performance reviews
Personally build, launch, manage, and optimize Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns across: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, Pinterest Ads
Scale spend efficiently while maintaining or improving CAC and ROAS
Design and maintain strong account structures and testing systems
Partner with creative, CRO, and lifecycle teams to improve conversion performance
Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and analytics
Deliver clear, decision-driven reporting (not vanity metrics)
Set the performance bar and mentor by example
Qualification
Required
5+ years of agency paid media experience
Extensive strategic & tactical experience running paid media specifically for Ecommerce brands
Personally managed $100k+/month in paid media spend
Comfortable leading strategy conversations and executing in-platform
Thinks like an owner; accountable for results
