Design and build automation and robotic equipment
Own solutions from concept to factory installation
Develop machine concepts and proof-of-principles
Create electrical layouts and controls schematics
Program PLCs, HMIs, drives, and robotics systems
Debug hardware/software and support factory acceptance testing
Integrate systems on-site and support production ramp-up
Stay current with new automation tools and technologies
Qualification
Required
Siemens TIA Portal expertise (1–2+ years)
HMI/SCADA development and drive configuration
Experience with controls hardware: sensors, remote I/O, servos, VFDs, machine vision, barcode readers
Knowledge of industrial networks: Profinet, Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT
Experience with FANUC robots
iRVision experience is a plus
