Professional Services
Responsibilities
Operate large format printers and related equipment
Experience in Prepress workflow
Manage production schedules, troubleshoot issues, and approve proofs
Select appropriate print media and substrates for each project
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
Occasionally assist with deliveries and support other departments as needed
Maintain quality standards and ensure timely completion of jobs
Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills
Work overtime as needed to meet production demands
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and basic computer skills; advanced design knowledge is a plus
Experience with printing, large and small format
Familiarity with various printing media such as textiles, banners, and rigid substrates
Understanding color management and how materials, heat, and ink affect output
Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
