Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts
Support the budgeting process by gathering data, validating assumptions, and consolidating departmental inputs
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance trends, cost structures, and business scenarios
Conduct variance analyses comparing actual results to budget and forecast, providing insights into key drivers
Partner with business leaders to monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Prepare presentations and summaries for management highlighting financial trends, risks, and recommendations
Collaborate with accounting to ensure data integrity and alignment between actual results and projections
Participate in the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards
Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by the Senior Financial Analyst or Director of FP&A
Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness in financial reporting and analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or planning
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems or enterprise planning tools
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and present clear, actionable insights
Preferred
FP&A experience preferred
