Rabobank is seeking an FP&A Data and Reporting Analyst to support business controllers and finance stakeholders with high-impact reporting, analytics, and automation solutions. This role involves delivering data and reporting needed for effective business steering, building and maintaining complex data models, and continuously improving reporting processes and automation.

Responsibilities

Support business controllers by delivering the data and reporting needed to steer the business effectively

Build new and maintain complex data models, dataflows and reports in Power BI that provide actionable insights

Build new and maintain existing flows in Power Automate

Build new and maintain existing apps in Power Apps

Build new and maintain existing Excel models using Power Query

Manage and refresh data source files and onboard new data sources into reporting environments

Maintain financial allocations within the ledger to ensure accurate reporting

Collaborate with FP&A and finance teams to continuously improve reporting processes and automation

Act as a partner and advisor to support the businesses and support areas for financial data and reporting

Leverage Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to support documentation, presentations, and ad hoc analysis

Utilize Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to provide data and reporting solutions

Develop new Power BI dashboards and data models, including hierarchies, calculated measures, and Row Level Security (RLS)

Maintain and enhance existing Power BI reports and models to reflect evolving business needs

Refresh and manage data source files and integrate new data sources into reporting pipelines

Maintain ledger allocations and ensure consistency across reporting systems

Create and maintain documentation for all reporting assets and data flows

Support FP&A cycles with timely and accurate reporting

Use Excel (Power Query, formulas, pivot tables) for financial modeling and data prep

Present findings and insights using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word

Required

Strong understanding of FP&A processes

Data modeling skills

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)

Ability to solve problems and enable data-driven decision-making

Experience in building and maintaining complex data models, dataflows, and reports in Power BI

Experience in building and maintaining flows in Power Automate

Experience in building and maintaining apps in Power Apps

Experience in building and maintaining Excel models using Power Query
