Responsibilities
Lead and grow a department of Project Managers, Engineers, Scientists, Analysts, Designers, Technicians, and support staff
Oversee project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality align with client and company expectations
Foster a culture of servant leadership, coaching, mentoring, and developing staff to achieve career and department goals
Collaborate across departments to balance workloads, share expertise, and deliver seamless client service
Drive business development through client engagement, proposals, and long-term partnerships
Represent the firm as a visible leader both internally and externally
Qualification
Required
BS in Engineering, Science, Architecture, Management, or related field (or equivalent progressive experience)
10+ years of professional experience in consulting or a related field, including 3+ years in project management
Florida PE, PG, or Architect registration may be required
Knowledge of project performance metrics
Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR
