Responsibilities
Lead enterprise infrastructure operations across on-prem, cloud, network, security, and factory connectivity environments
Oversee reliable delivery of core services including servers, storage, backup/DR, collaboration tools, and OT networks
Design and evolve LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi and secure connectivity supporting manufacturing, distribution, and corporate teams
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing infrastructure team while partnering with vendors and service providers
Drive disciplined change management, incident response, and continuous improvement practices
Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the infrastructure roadmap aligned to business growth
Own vendor and service provider relationships, including ISPs, MSPs, and technology partners, ensuring performance, cost control, and alignment with business needs
Ensure operational readiness through regular testing of disaster recovery, monitoring, and support processes
Qualification
Required
Experience leading infrastructure in complex, multi-site or operational environments
Hands-on technical background across networks, data centers, cloud platforms, and security fundamentals
Proven ability to build processes, measure outcomes, and lead teams through execution
Strong vendor management, project leadership, and operational decision-making skills
Comfortable working onsite in dynamic, physically active environments
Collaborative leadership style with a strong user-focused mindset
A bachelor's degree is required
Preferred
Highly prefer manufacturing / distribution industry experience
Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments is highly valued
A master's degree is strongly preferred
