Account Developer

Responsibilities

Engage declining accounts remotely via phone, video, and digital channels to drive customer win-back/retention
Analyze customer trends and feedback to target the right contacts and solutions
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs set by sales leadership
Consistently achieve activity goals, including outbound calls, sell time, and live contacts
Provide outstanding service by resolving inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
Utilize CRM software to manage interactions and maintain accurate sales records
Leverage internal partnerships with sales specialists and customer service teams to drive growth
Negotiate pricing and craft value-added proposals to meet customer needs
Participate in training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Use Professional Selling Skills (PSS) to identify customer needs and develop a value-added proposition, proposal & pricing
Oversee pricing negotiations and influences on the spot pricing decisions in order to cultivate seamless customer experience

Required

High school diploma
2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or sales support
Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with business-to-business sales processes
A strong drive to win and a proactive approach to sales challenges
Excellent communication skills and active listening abilities
Proven resilience and the ability to learn from setbacks
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to sell company values, services, and program features remotely
Experience building and nurturing customer relationships
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Coachability and openness to feedback for professional growth
Solution-oriented mindset and self-starter attitude
Proven ability to meet or exceed incremental sales and gross profit goals - growing sales and margin within current customer base
Sales process delivery experience and digital selling agility

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Industry knowledge is a plus
