Responsibilities
Support key accounts with exceptional customer service, including acting as a first point of contact for technical inquiries or troubleshooting
Act as a technical consultant for customers, providing product recommendations and system solutions tailored to customer needs
Communicate cross-functionally with other departments, supporting sales, quality, and technical documentation as needed
Maintain a competent understanding of company products and their function, as well as competitors in the market in order to position the company’s products competitively
Assist with minor electrical diagnosis and repair as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
Minimum of two (2) years of experience with electrical equipment and industrial automation products
Able to travel as needed (infrequent, up to 20%)
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language, and a professional, polished demeanor
Ability to be flexible and work together with internal and external teams on project goals
Preferred
Korean language ability preferred but not required
