Responsibilities
Meet customers across the US to service, install, repair and maintain a range of advanced CNC machine tools
Deliver after-sales technical support by training customers, installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and upgrading CNC machinery and related systems
Coordinate and execute installation, maintenance, and enhancement tasks, while investigating and resolving customer-reported technical issues to minimize future downtime
Analyze technical information to identify root causes, implement repairs or improvements, and relay findings to senior management
Qualification
Required
A degree or equivalent qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering is advantageous
Prior experience servicing and maintaining CNC machine tools
Strong knowledge of CNC control systems (Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc) and previous experience with PLC's and drives
Willingness to travel to meet customers across the US when required
