Responsibilities
Assist with ClickUp task and project management, including updating tasks and tracking progress
Post job listings on various job boards and recruitment platforms
Perform data entry for resumes and maintain organized applicant records for future hiring needs
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Organize files and maintain structured documentation systems using OneDrive
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of administrative support or virtual assistance
Familiarity with ClickUp or willingness to learn
Comfortable using Microsoft Office / OneDrive or Google Workspace
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Good written communication skills
Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Preferred
Interest in the automotive industry or AI
Basic understanding of automation in productivity tools
