Responsibilities
Manage procurement of components and raw materials to support production timelines and service goals
Establish and maintain supply parameters including lead times and minimum order quantities
Oversee version control of components to ensure accurate inventory and production documentation
Validate material availability and coordinate stock transfers to meet production demands
Identify and resolve material shortages by working closely with suppliers
Adjust procurement plans to accommodate changes in demand or supply disruptions
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and supplier transactions
Collaborate on product launches and engineering changes to ensure smooth material transitions
Supervise and develop direct reports, fostering growth and accountability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in materials planning or supply chain operations
At least 1 year of experience managing a team
Preferred
Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry preferred
